Why Saint Anne’s?
Since 1967 Saint Anne’s has been established as the benchmark for nursing care within the Fort Wayne area. Saint Anne Communities have expanded over the years to meet the needs of the community, and is now considered a Continuing Care Retirement Community.
We are a service of the Fort Wayne-South Bend Diocese and are a non-profit organization. That means that our focus is striving to provide the best possible care to the individuals entrusted to us. When you walk in any entrance to Saint Anne’s, a warm feeling of comfort embraces you. We treat each of our residents as family, and we want to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of each resident.
Saint Anne’s is a member of Leading Age of Indiana (formerly Indiana Association of Homes and Services for the Aging), the Leading Age of America (formerly American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging), Catholic Health Association (CHA), and as well as Greater Fort Wayne, Inc.
Saint Anne’s is licensed by the Indiana State Department of Health. We are subject to an annual inspection by the ISDH to ensure we are in strict compliance with state and federal regulations.
