Why Saint Anne’s?
Since 1967 Saint Anne Home has been established as the benchmark for nursing care within the Fort Wayne area. Saint Anne Home and Retirement Community has expanded over the years to meet the needs of the community, and is now considered a Continuing Care Retirement Community.
Saint Anne Home and Retirement Community is a service of the Fort Wayne-South Bend Diocese and is a non-profit organization. That means that our focus is striving to provide the best possible care to the individuals entrusted to us. When you walk in any entrance to Saint Anne’s, a warm feeling of comfort embraces you. We treat each of our residents as family, and we want to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of each resident.
Saint Anne Home is a member of the Indiana Association of Homes & Services for the Aging (IAHSA), the American Association of Homes & Services for the Aging (AAHSA), Catholic Health Association (CHA), and as well as Greater Fort Wayne, Inc.
Saint Anne Home is licensed by the Indiana State Department of Health. We are subject to an annual inspection by the ISDH to ensure we are in strict compliance with state and federal regulations.
