Saint Anne Home & Retirement Community offers residents a culture of self-respect and dignity in a Christian atmosphere. Each resident is offered individualized, high quality health care that encourages freedom and independence while preserving their dignity and uniqueness as creations of God.

Since opening in 1967, Saint Anne Home has become the benchmark for high-quality healthcare in Fort Wayne. Starting as a nursing home, over the years, Saint Anne's has added 103 apartments to its campus and 16 rehab suites. Currently, we have 164 nursing home beds and 95 apartments to serve our community!

The newest addition to Saint Anne's is our Courtyard Club Adult Day Program. Family members can bring there loved ones in for specialized care within our facility during the day.
