Saint Anne Retirement Community’s Residential Apartments are designed for people who are able to care for themselves and their apartments according to the following criteria listed below.

YOU SHOULD HAVE THE PHYSICAL ABILITY TO:

• Respond to emergencies in an appropriate manner.
• Move about the building to meals and activities without assistance, including maneuvering up and down ramps.
• Maintain personal appearance and personal hygiene in an acceptable manner.
• Maintain apartment in an acceptable manner between scheduled weekly cleaning.
• Operate elevator on your own and be able to exit the facility without assistance.

YOUR MENTAL ABILITY SHOULD BE SUFFICIENT TO:

• Comprehend time, place, and person.
• Attend to personal affairs and be ultimately responsible for their execution.
• Interact socially and cordially with other residents and staff.
• Accept responsibility for yourself. 

Residents who become unable to function according to the preceding criteria will be evaluated for assisted living.
