When living independently requires some assistance, we provide assisted living services for our residents. Just because your health needs change, your address doesn't have to!

Our main goal is to help each resident maintain independence through scheduled assistance. Each resident has an individualized program designed by our interdisciplinary team. A few of the many services provided include:

• Medication administration and monitoring
• Assistance with bathing
• Transportation to meals, activities & chapel
• Assistance with dressing

Our staff of dedicated licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants (CNA) work as a team to help each resident reach and maintain their highest level of functioning.

NOT APPROPRIATE FOR RESIDENTIAL OR ASSISTED LIVING

• Safety concerns for self and/or others
• Wandering
• Disruptive behavior (an assessed danger to self and/or others)
• Physical/mental status requiring further interventions
• Incontinence (unless self managed)
